NOSHC Meet The Staff - Holly

Holly, a northshore native, moved to the New Orleans area in 2014 and began working at NOSHC in January 2015. A graduate of LSU Health Sciences Center, Holly pursued a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology in hopes to provide better communication skills to those in need in her community.

Before working at NOSHC, she treated the adult population in a nursing home setting. Although she enjoyed her time at the nursing home, she says she loves... working with children because of the progress they make towards their goals and the rewarding nature of the field. Her calm, collected, and soothing personality have made the transition to child therapy and services seamless.

In 2015, Holly co-led the Social Language Expedition camp for children who have difficulty with social skills. She is also the lead therapist at Good Shepherd School where she provides ongoing evaluations and therapy.
